6 Weeks

Transformation is a journey, not an event. The program is architected into two distinct phases to prevent overwhelm. Module 1 (currently available) runs for six weeks, providing the necessary time to disrupt old patterns and anchor new ones. (Note: Module 2, focusing on emotional mastery and beliefs, launches in early 2026).

Body-First Approach

We do not start with the mind; we start with the vessel. Module 1 is explicitly structured to ground you in Foundational Awareness. By focusing on the body first, we bypass intellectual defenses to build a stable base of health and presence that can support deeper psychological work later.

The curriculum is built around integrating the “Big Three” of physical energy. We move beyond general advice, implementing specific, science-backed protocols for restorative sleep, nourishing nutrition, and intentional movement. These are the non-negotiable pillars required to fuel your transformation.
