Welcome to Possible Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, discovery calls, coaching programs, group sessions, and 1:1 coaching services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, booking a call, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About Possible Academy

Possible Academy is a coaching and self-transformation academy offering science-based, practice-oriented programs enriched with heart-centered guidance. Services are provided online and in person (Basel, Switzerland) and are available internationally, including Switzerland and Turkey.

Coaching is designed to support personal growth, awareness, and empowerment.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of Coaching Services

• Coaching provided by Possible Academy is non-medical, non-psychological, and non-therapeutic.

• Coaching does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

• Coaching does not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and personal well-being, decisions, and actions.

If you are experiencing severe distress or require clinical support, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are offered free of charge for informational purposes only. They are intended to explore your goals and assess whether our Services are a good fit. No guarantees or commitments arise from discovery calls.

5. Programs, Sessions & Participation

• Program structures, schedules, and content are communicated in advance.

• Active participation, self-reflection, and personal responsibility are essential for meaningful results.

• Results vary from person to person and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Possible Academy reserves the right to update or adjust program content, structure, or scheduling when necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the offering.

6. Payments & Fees

• Fees for programs and services are communicated clearly before booking.

• Payment must be completed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices may be updated at any time for future bookings.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Discovery calls: Free of charge and may be cancelled or rescheduled.

• 1:1 coaching sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

• Programs and group sessions: Due to their structured nature, payments are generally non-refundable once the program has started.

Any exceptional refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Possible Academy.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and content shared during coaching sessions are treated as confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality may be breached only where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Possible Academy, including but not limited to texts, videos, exercises, frameworks, recordings, and documents, are the intellectual property of Possible Academy.

You may use these materials for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Code of Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Act with respect toward the coach and other participants

• Maintain confidentiality within group settings

• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

Possible Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or program if these standards are violated, without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Possible Academy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Services.
• You acknowledge that all actions taken based on coaching are your own responsibility.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its functionality. We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
